Returns

Due to the nature of our herbal and wellness products, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered, unless the product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the request has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Products requested for return after the specified reporting period

Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product at no additional cost.
